HOW MANY TERRACED HOMES ARE THERE?
There are 8 terraced houses at Coronation Residences with a different mix of floor plans.
HOW MUCH DEPOSIT WILL I HAVE TO PAY AND WHEN?
You will be required to pay a 10% deposit or bank bond of the purchase price upon signing, 20% if you are an offshore purchaser. The deposit is on an interest bearing account which will be used for the balance of the purchase price only payable until completion and settlement time.
WHERE IS THE DEPOSIT HELD?
The deposit is held in the trust account of the Vendor’s solicitor firm Carson Fox Legal until such time as the terraced houses are completed, a Title is issued and when settlement is called for. Your deposit can only be used for the purchase of your home and cannot be used by the developer.
WHEN WILL CONSTRUCTION BE COMPLETED BY?
The development has completed and is available now.
WHAT KIND OF TITLE WILL MY TOWNHOUSE HAVE?
The terraced houses will each have a Fee Simple Title - Freehold. There is no Body Corporate required.
IS THERE DOUBLE GLAZING IN THE WINDOWS? WHAT ABOUT SOUNDPROOFING?
Double glazing is a standard feature of all exterior glazing. Stringent sound proofing requirements and codes are used with these homes to ensure acoustics requirements are met.
WHAT GUARANTEES ARE THERE BY BUILDER AND OTHER CONTRACTORS?
These properties are to be built by a Master Builder and comes with a 10 years Stamford Insurance guarantee.
HOW WILL I KNOW HOW THE DEVELOPMENT IS PROGRESSING?
Purchasers will be kept informed of regular progress/updates during construction throughout this website. Amongst the updates will be regular photos posted on the site so purchasers are well informed on a weekly basis and can see the building taking shape throughout the entire construction phase.
